Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal was established on October 31, 1976 with an aim to provide help and support to the mentally retarded, visually impaired, Read more hearing impaired and the orthopedically handicapped children in the field of education, medical care, vocational training, rehabilitation and employment generation. We educate the disabled children for their optimal development and provide professional and vocational training with the aim to enable them to earn a livelihood. We have started a separate primary school for boys and girls and a co-educational secondary school. In these schools, about 560 challenged as well as a few normal children study together. We also support students attending higher secondary school. I.T.C. and college. An industrial training institute was established in 2004 for teaching two trades viz. tailoring and computer operation. The organization has hostel facilities for 240 boys and 160 girls, three physiotherapy centres, library (Braille and normal) and a computerised Braille press. We have an old age home for the visually impaired and normal man and woman at Bhachau. All the above facilitates and services are provided free of cost to the disabled. We have received National and State awards for providing quality services to the "Divyang" persons.

  • Old Age Home For Divyang And Normal Persons Also

    Old Age Home is providing free boarding and lodging facilities to elders who require services. All facilities are available to elders under accessible and barrier free environment under the better services under the supervision of skill employees.

  • Inclusive Education

    We are providing Inclusive Education with hostel facilities in the form of Primary, Secondary & Higher Secondary education with supportive study material like braille text books, audio books, E-books accessible library, computer lab, availibility of music, home science and sports training under barrier free environment.

  • Vocational Training

    We are Providing vocational training in two trades namely Cutting & Tailoring and Computer Operator course for divyang children

Shri Navchetan Andhjan Mandal was established on October 31, 1976 with an aim to provide help and support to the Mentally Retarded, Visually Impaired, Hearing Impaired and the Orthopedic Handicapped children including normal children also in the field of education, medical Care, vocational training, rehabilitation and employment generation.

We educate the divyang children for their optimal development and provide professional and vocational training with the aim to enable them to earn a livelihood. We provide healthcare to overcome or reduce the impact of disability by educating the family members of the disabled and by providing medical treatment and remedies. We promote unity amongst the disabled to voice their concerns and protect their legitimate rights and interests
