A non-governmental organization with its headquarters in J&K, the HELP Foundation was established in 1997 by like-minded individuals in response to th Read moree needs of those affected by the situation that had persisted for more than thirty years. Since the Foundation's founding, we have made significant efforts to improve society, with a particular focus on women and children from underserved regions and rural areas. Our areas of focus include healthcare, education, sports, child rights, livelihood support, women's empowerment, heritage revival, relief and rehabilitation, and more.

    The Help Foundation's mission is to support women who, as a result of their vulnerability, are victims of life's tragedies. The intention is to give them the means to live self-sufficient and respectable lives. Additionally, gives them the ability to raise their kids in a healthy and supportive environment.

    At Help Foundation, we identify the obstacles women encounter and develop strategies to help them realize their full potential and perform at their highest level. The Help Foundation has spent more than 20 years promoting women's empowerment. At Help Foundation, we empower women to effectively navigate their employment opportunities and enhance their security for a life of dignity.
