Livelihood and food security
In a collective effort, households living in ultra-poverty are identified and supported. The community is mobilized, and self-help collectives are promoted to enhance capacities. Market-led livelihood skills are emphasized, ensuring increased production and productivity with end-to-end solutions. Additionally, efforts are made to promote land and water resource management facilities. Credit and technical linkages are established, and facilitation is provided to access government resources through convergence. This comprehensive approach aims to uplift and empower vulnerable communities.
-
Child protection and education
The program focuses on generating awareness, building capacity and skills, and establishing linkages for various health initiatives. Advocacy and lobbying efforts are informed by evidence-based data such as facility assessments and social audits. The MenEngage approach aims to promote gender equality and male participation in family planning choices while educating couples on available options. Micro-planning and involvement of Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) in community-based management help enhance services. There is a focus on improving the quality of services in Government Health Facilities like VHND, HSC, and CHC services. Additionally, mHealth applications are utilized to improve maternal and newborn health care, as well as to address adolescent health, sex education, and life skill education. The program also involves conducting maternal & neonatal death reviews to identify and address critical issues in maternal and neonatal care.
-
Hygiene and sanitation
