The organisation focuses on empowering women in agriculture, fostering team collaboration, and promoting sustainable farming practices. It educates women on contingency cropping, crop planning, and organic composting, emphasizing profit analysis. Encouraging food sovereignty and traditional knowledge utilization to combat climate change, it aims to revitalize agricultural systems and establish food storage facilities for drought security. Ensuring accessible knowledge across Ranchi's districts, it advances ecological agriculture by enhancing SRI/SCI methods and allied activities like lac rearing and livestock keeping for increased income. This initiative ensures victims' food security, health needs, and access to shelter home services, fostering resilient survivors. Secondly, the SKILL program trains vulnerable female kin, offering them sustainable livelihoods and documenting their progress to promote sustainability. This effort enables survivors and trained individuals to secure respectable income sources, fostering emotional, social, and economic rehabilitation while reducing vulnerabilities and crimes against women, and empowering them towards a dignified life.
