Janasabha stands as a community integration and development initiative by the Social Work Mission, structured across three tiers of community organization. It encompasses the AyalJanasabha, a group of neighborhood families at the grassroots level; the cluster of neighbourhood family groups/Residents' Association in the middle tier; and the upper-level coordinating body known as the Community Development Council, comprising representatives. Each Janasabha operates as a residents' association dedicated to fostering family welfare and the advancement of its designated area. The Mission utilizes Janasabha activities to identify and endorse Janasabha Volunteers, forming a federation to coordinate these activities from the Panchayat level to the national stage.
    Objectives:
    1. Deliver professional social work services to communities, ensuring family welfare and fostering community integration and development.
    2. Establish Janasabha Units at the community level.
