Works towards supporting government schools in improving the process of education and converting it into a powerful learning environment for children. Read more It helps the government schools in four main areas namely improving school infrastructure, provision of scholarships, teacher training and development and implementation of the initiative WASH which aims to spread sensitisation about water, hygiene and sanitation. The foundation builds toilets, classrooms, water facilities and provides for soft infrastructure like furniture, e-classrooms, libraries and lights in school premises. It also provides for one full year scholarship to students to support them with completion of their educational process. It further imparts training sessions for teachers through workshops, in-school support, long term projects and exposure visits. Additionally, it has created a platform for peer learning and support with availability of experienced mentors for providing guidance and training to teachers. Further, with the initiative WASH, the foundation ensures easy access to clean and safe sanitation facilities for all students.
