The Center For Disabled Children extends its services beyond its institutional activities through various outreach programmes. These include conducting surveys, assessment camps in rural areas, and offering counselling services to facilitate medical certificates, bus passes, scholarships, and employment opportunities. The organisation also provides essential medical assistance, including operations, aids and equipment for the handicapped. Early intervention is a key focus, and it engages in Community Based Rehabilitation through village camps, house visits, school visits, and education for parents and resource teachers. These efforts aim to reach and support a wider community of individuals with disabilities, promoting their well-being and inclusion.

The Centre For Disabled Children offers hostel facilities to underprivileged children, especially those from distant villages requiring specialized education and care. The selection of hostel residents considers their family backgrounds and specific needs. These children receive individual sponsorship from supporters in England and Holland. Currently, over 65 children benefit from this sponsorship, ensuring their education and well-being until they can become self-sufficient. The organisation's hostel has a substantial waiting list of children eagerly seeking sponsorship opportunities, highlighting the demand for this crucial support.
