The focus of the organisation is to impart skill development amongst youth and address the shortage of skilled manpower in all industries. The training is job oriented with high element of on-the-job experience, soft skills and goes hand in hand with school education. The curriculum provides for developing skills related to electrical repair, repair of computers, electronic equipment repair, office assistant with TALLY, plumbing, carpentry, tailoring, installation of solar systems, wood working for buildings, furniture making and garment making.
