At Omashram Trust, we understand the importance of a healthy diet, particularly as we become older. Our nutrition programme is developed to give our senior citizens wholesome, well-balanced meals. Delicious vegetarian meals, including fruits and vegetables, juices, cereal, three square meals, snacks, and milk for bedtime and morning, are prepared by our skilled chefs in a clean kitchen. We encourage vigour, energy, and a sense of independence in daily activities by promoting our residents' health.

The goal of our medical programme is to offer our senior citizens complete medical support. Our team has geriatrics training, offers nursing care, and has doctors and physiotherapists on call. To maintain the highest levels of care, we conduct a comprehensive medical examination on each resident at admission and keep regular records. Our goal is to give seniors the moral support they need to enjoy their golden years by helping them deal with their physical and mental issues by offering them refuge and medical care.
