It aims to establish individual connections with each adolescent, comprehend their goals, and facilitate their accomplishment. Currently, it is assisting 150 adolescents through this initiative.

    In its HIV Care and Support programme, Samraksha addresses gaps in the continuum of care by collaborating with the public health system. It delivers psychosocial interventions and operates two care and support centres in Koppal and Karwar, Karnataka. These centres deliver treatment education, adherence support, life stage counselling, and facilitate referrals for additional social services. Currently, over 8000 clients are enrolled in these services, aiming to ensure holistic support for individuals living with HIV.
