As opposed to social entr Read moreepreneurs, social intrepreneurs innovate from within established organizations that work on social challenges. The goal of the program is to invest in young leaders who are passionate about generating a social impact in order to boost economies and empower communities around the world. Through its fellowship program, IDEX Accelerator provides the opportunity to work with social entrepreneurs in Bangalore, gain hands-on experience, receive group and individual mentoring, and attend specialized workshops. At the termination of the program, each fellow is awarded a Professional Certification in Social Enterprise. IDEX Accelerator has more than 300 alumni and is headquartered in Atlanta, GA, USA.

Programs

Curated Curriculum
To provide IDEX Fellows with a foundational understanding of emphasis areas like Impact Assessment, Social Innovation, Advocacy and Outreach, and Resource mobilisation, the programme will consist of 24 weeks of specially designed curriculum modules. This self-paced curriculum requires a minimum time commitment of 96 hours per programme. It is given through a combination of short readings and carefully chosen content.

Coaching in Monthly Capacity Building Mentoring Workshops
Throughout their fellowship, subject matter experts (SMEs) and mentors-in-residence—seasoned professionals and thought leaders in their fields—will host four full-day capacity-building workshops for fellows, one for each module.
