In its Farm to Table initiative, Mission Samriddhi addresses the critical role bees play in preserving the ecosystem through pollination. The decline in global bee populations threatens plant life and food supply. To safeguard ancient honey harvesting traditions practised by tribes like Ozi Gond, Halba, and Kolam in Vidarbha's Sindivihri forests, over 160 tribal families continue this practice.

The Centre for Bee Development (CBeeD) introduces the Ahimsa Forest Honey Collection (AFHC) technique, ensuring sustainable honey production and improved post-harvest processes like storage, processing, packaging, and marketing. This method benefits all stakeholders: it preserves forest ecosystems, extracts honey non-violently, provides safety gear for collectors, empowers tribals through training and fair earnings, and offers consumers healthier honey with longer shelf life.

In pursuit of Mahatma Gandhi's enduring ideals, Mission Samriddhi aimed to assess and celebrate selfless nation-building efforts. Recognizing the limited scope of current initiatives, it sought to inspire community involvement, fostering self-reliance and righteousness among youth. To commemorate Gandhi's 150th anniversary, the organisation planned to evaluate post-independence initiatives, identify contemporary Gandhians, and honour their contributions as role models. Additionally, it proposed five fellowships in collaboration with Gandhi Smriti and Darshan Samiti, focusing on areas like Panchayat Empowerment, Artisans, Rural Entrepreneurship, and Non-violence. These initiatives culminated in a convention in October 2019, sharing valuable insights with the youth of the nation.

It promoted sustainable khadi fabric, echoing Gandhi's vision for economic freedom. Magan Khadi blended tradition, modern methods, and fashion trends for community development. Founded in 1938, it became a rural enterprise hub, training self-help groups, nurturing artisans, and expanding khadi. With 80% of sales reinvested in livelihoods, it had a symbiotic bond with Magan Sangrahalaya Samiti's rural projects.

In 2016, Magan Khadi sourced 16T of organic cotton, training farmers in sustainability. With Mission Samriddhi's help, it aimed for 37T of organic cotton. It installed ginning and roving machines, preventing fibre damage. It grew from 25 to 60 farmers, tripling production and jobs. This let it accept more orders, upholding its commitment to sustainable khadi.

Mission Samriddhi's Agrindus program is a 12-month residential initiative in scientific farming and agriculture-related industries. It addresses the agrarian crisis in Vidarbha and Marathwada by training a new generation of scientific farmers. Students become directors of their own companies, learning practical management and entrepreneurship skills. They can sell their produce, retaining 60% of their earnings during the programme, fostering financial independence. This innovative approach creates rural entrepreneurs and self-empowered leaders while emphasizing self-development and leadership skills.

Mission Samriddhi, an NGO, operates "Diary of Dreams" and "Touch the Soil" across 86 districts in five states. Ullas Trust, a Polaris Foundation initiative established in 1997, focuses on recognizing academic excellence among economically challenged students in grades 9 to 12. Corporate employees, initially from Polaris and Intellect, actively participate, fostering emotional growth. Ullas selects students as "Young Achievers" through a rigorous process, guided by principles like learning through observation, drawing inspiration from role models, community recognition, and mentorship. Young Achievers benefit from workshops, self-enrichment programs, corporate exposure, and mentorship. Mission Samriddhi's commitment to nurturing young talent creates a brighter future for disadvantaged students, instilling hope and possibility.
