The Collaborative Learning Studio
Programs for Educators: A professional community of practice for thought leaders in education, discussing relevant issues. 8 sessions, 1145 participants, 169 schools across 16 countries covered.
Programs for Parents: Empowering parents of toddlers aged 10-24 months in child development domains. 6 domains covered, 2 batches, 49 participants.
First Teacher: Parenting course for children aged 2-4 years. Completed 3 batches since January 2021.

Adhyayan Collaborative School Review Programme: A multi-stakeholder team uses the Adhyayan Quality Standard framework to review schools' performance in 6 key areas of leadership, teaching, child development, curriculum, community, and resources. This helps schools create action plans for improvement.
2. Adhyanan School Improvement Support and Training: Adhyayan offers professional development workshops for educators nationwide, focusing on leadership and teaching. They also conduct public programs based on educators' needs and the National Education Policy 2020. The program has reached 90+ leaders and 5 schools.
3. The Assessor Programme: School leaders participate in the Adhyayan Assessor Programme (TAP), becoming certified Adhyayan Assessors for schools (K-12). The aim is to reach 1.56 million schools across India and achieve the vision of 'a good school for every child'.
