ESDECS has developed a placement-linked training program called E2E Plus, which focuses on the integrated services sector following MES and NSDC guidelines. This innovative 40-day program offers hands-on training in Hospitality, Retail, and BPO, culminating in entry-level job placements in these sectors. In its initial phase, ESDECS successfully trained and placed 100 students in renowned companies such as Mainland China, Café Mezzuna, and Café Coffee Day. Moreover, partnerships with Serco, Bata, and Future Retail have facilitated placements for trained manpower. Expanding beyond Kolkata, ESDECS is establishing its own training centers through partners in Burdwan and Siliguri, further broadening its reach and impact.

ESDECS, in collaboration with Vikramshila, has spearheaded the Education to Employability (E2E) initiative, aimed at fostering employability skills, career awareness, digital and financial literacy, and life skills among high school students (classes IX-XII). With a focus on covering all regions of West Bengal and neighboring states, ESDECS has engaged with 30,000 students in government schools, partnering with RMSA and sponsored by both the State Government and various CSR entities. This project underscores a concerted effort to equip youth with the necessary skills for future employment opportunities, contributing to regional socio-economic development.
