Offers vocational training to Indian youth on a blended learning basis with the aim of helping them in becoming self-employed or learning employabilit Read morey skills. Training is offered in multiple fields including Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science & IT, Automobile, Fashion Designing, Construction and Beauty & Wellness. The training is provided to both formally trained school students as well as school dropouts and is conducted through a blended learning module with free videos available on online and mobile based channels and subsequent practical training as a follow-up to web based learning. The online training offers audio, video and simulation based learning. Trainees are rewarded with certification, evaluation and employment assistance on successful completion of training. They also offer content development/licensing services to other vocational training institutions to assist them in their activities. The work with the aim of bridging the gap between the need of 150 million skilled workers in India by the year 2020 and 15 million students who drop out of school every year.
