Business Partnership Services
Women on Wings collaborates with social enterprises in women-centric sectors like Food & Agriculture, Textiles & Handicrafts, and Forestry. Its selection process involves discussions, data assessment, and on-field visits to ensure a match between partners' needs and Women on Wings' criteria. It focuses on sectors that empower women, assessing aspects like mission, ownership, entrepreneurship, and growth aspirations. However, it does not prioritize women's training programs.

Funding & Support Program
Women on Wings collaborates with diverse partners to achieve its mission of generating one million jobs for rural Indian women. Equality is a cornerstone of these partnerships and their valuable support aids in lifting families out of poverty through economic development initiatives. The Shakti Giving Circle engages members in empowering rural Indian women through both financial contributions and sharing knowledge. Funding partners provide direct financial aid or offer services and products to indirectly assist the mission. Network partners endorse and amplify Women on Wings' efforts within their spheres of influence, while Friends are individual supporters contributing at least 100 euros annually. Skilled experts with over 15 years of experience in areas such as marketing, finance, and supply chain management generously volunteer their time and expertise to advance the cause.
