Its selection process involves discussions, data assessment, and on-field visits to ensure a match between partners' needs and Women on Wings' criteria. It focuses on sectors that empower women, assessing aspects like mission, ownership, entrepreneurship, and growth aspirations. However, it does not prioritize women's training programs.
