The Tap India Foundation is dedicated to the mission of integrating 60-70% of the out-of-school children into the educational system, ensuring continu Read moreous learning. To realize this objective, the organization harnesses grassroots interventions and community resources, striving for long-term, sustainable outcomes. It fosters a network of stakeholders who collectively bear fiscal responsibility to drive meaningful change. By adopting this systematic approach, Tap India Foundation actively addresses the crisis of out-of-school children, encouraging government involvement. Tap India facilitates the provision of sustainable access to the right to education for out-of-school children by establishing a collaborative service delivery network known as The Social Franchising Network. Within this network, it focuses on testing, optimizing, and eventually embracing the successful impact model of a mature nonprofit (the social franchisor). This model is then adopted by a coalition of small to medium-sized grassroots organizations (the social franchisees) with aligned missions, enabling rapid expansion within their respective communities.
Action
TAP India Foundation operates as a Social Franchising Organization, building a network of Social Franchisors and Franchisees to efficiently replicate proven models of impact for out-of-school children.
