Theory of Change

The organization has a simple ToC of Transforming, Enabling and Inspiring to bring about systemic reform one STEP (School Transformation and Empowerment Program) at a time. We build solutions that address specific challenges and gaps that influence the functioning of schools by providing an array of programs such as teacher support, school leadership development, community engagement through Parent-Teacher Meets, Resource Centre Revivals and setting up Learning Spaces at Home.

Partnering with organizations at district, state, and national levels like State Education Departments, State Council for Education Research and Training (SCERT), District Institutes for Education and Training (DIETs), Block Education Offices, and Resource Centres, we enable co-creation of solutions aimed at improving school-level practices in a holistic manner.

And we nurture the education ecosystem to amplify the focus on school improvement by enabling civil society organizations (through our incubation program - EduMentum) and sharing research and resources (through our research and design lab - CoLab).
