Eliminating Corporal Punishment
It strives to change the social mindsets, stressing against physical punishment through connecting parents, teachers and students to build discipline, relationships and quality education. It also works to strengthen the activities of the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR).
Through research, it was found that 65% of children get physically punished by teachers, children of migrant workers being the worst sufferers.

Progressive Migrant Labour
Agrasar helps migrant workers access social security schemes launched by the Government. During conducting field research, it was found that 94% of the migrant population is not connected to any Government welfare scheme and does not have organisation or bargaining power.
It facilitates access to identity documents and establishes social connections within the city ensuring that the migrant workers receive benefits as they are entitled. In addition, It negotiates with employers for better work conditions along with partnering with the community to design and plan sustainable solutions.
