Education
AADHAAR’s “InnoSTEM Labs” initiative sets up fully equipped, safety-compliant STEM workspaces in 19 government schools across Noida and Delhi for students in grades 6–9. Over three years, this project will reach around 7,224 underprivileged children with hands-on learning in science, technology, engineering, math, robotics, and coding. It upskills teachers through training-of-trainers, workshops, and expert support, while also deploying an online interactive dashboard for showcasing projects and progress. A key focus is reducing the gender gap by inspiring and engaging girls in STEM. The program also strengthens institutional capacity, ensuring sustainability and long-term impact.

Environment & Disaster Management
AADHAAR’s Environment & Disaster Management programme equips communities, local governments, civil society, and industries to engage actively in environmental governance and disaster resilience. It translates complex technical laws, policies, and procedures into accessible information, enabling informed participation. The programme builds capacity in local bodies and stakeholders on climate change, water governance, watershed and springshed planning, and sustainable agriculture. Through multi‑stakeholder platforms, it fosters dialogue and cooperation instead of confrontation. Additionally, it emphasizes hygiene and sanitation education, rainwater harvesting, and disaster mitigation planning and awareness generation—paving the way for balanced, sustainable development and climate resilience.

Digital Skill-Building & Vocational Training
AADHAAR’s Digital Skill‑Building & Vocational Training Programme is designed to empower underprivileged youth—especially girls, those with disabilities, and NEET individuals—by imparting market‑aligned digital and vocational skills. Through flexible learning models spanning short to six‑month courses, the initiative covers topics from programming languages and professional pathways to foundational digital literacy. Tailored to each location, the curriculum aims to reduce India’s skill deficit, enhance employability, and foster digital inclusion among disadvantaged communities. Ultimately, the programme creates a pathway to employment or entrepreneurship, helping participants sustainably integrate into the workforce.
