Centum runs a Sales and & Services academy which attempts to aid organisations to increase sales, improve profits and boost customer satisfaction leading to better trust in brands and stronger relationships. Its programmes aim to improve customer service and develop soft skills to empower employees and in turn their organisations also.

Through its Leadership Development Programme, the organisation strives to create intelligent leaders. It aims to empower the participants with the knowledge and current trends helping them to plan their thoughts towards acting swiftly and taking optimum decisions to encourage better businesses.

The organisation believes that using different technologies goes on to improve learning results. To this end, it develops novel content using adult learning approaches like simulation, gamification and microlearning to encourage strategic thinking as required by businesses in different disciplines.

Centum partners with organisations to further their CSR goals. It has designed and conducted many training and skilling programmes/solutions for women and youth for organisations such as RPG, Capgemini Engineering, HCL Foundation, Google – Digital Skills, Microsoft Corporation and Inductis India helping them contribute to social development.
