Programs

  • Love Matters India

Our Sexual and Reproductive Health health program focuses on Digital Education, recognizing that access to accurate, inclusive, and stigma-free information is essential -especially for young people. This initiative provides a trusted, youth-friendly online space that addresses topics such as contraception, relationships, consent, and pleasure in a safe and respectful manner. It is known as Love Matters India.

Since 2011, the program has delivered evidence-based, non-judgmental information on critical topics such as contraception, family planning, periods, consent, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and bodily autonomy. By breaking silence and taboos around these subjects, the platform improves health literacy, promotes informed decision-making, and encourages positive health-seeking behaviours. This program serves as a vital bridge for adolescents and young adults, many of whom are excluded from traditional health systems to access care, knowledge, and dignity on their own terms

Sampushti focuses on empowering adolescents through innovative health interventions. Our Adolescent Health Awareness Program (AHAP) and Home-Based Nutrition Care (HBNC) programs harness the power of Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) alongside Behaviour Change Communication (BCC) strategies. AHAP focuses on Iron deficiency while HBNC focuses on reducing malnutrition and promotion of early childhood development. This integrated approach not only aims to eradicate iron deficiency but also to nurture a healthier future generation. By bolstering adolescent health through AHAP and focusing on infants and children through HBNC, Sampushti aspires to pave the way for enhanced educational outcomes and long-term health prosperity.
