The organisation conducts welfare programmes for street children, with a focus on labour rights. On Labour Day, it organises a programme where volunteers raise awareness about street and working children while educating the public about labour laws. Additionally, the society has conducted numerous camps across districts in Haryana, M.P., and Delhi State, targeting the welfare of women and child labourers in villages and towns. The society's president emphasizes the importance of women and children in the community and discusses various rules regarding women's rights, a topic of significant concern for all.

Gayatri Educational & Cultural Society actively conducts anti-drug programmes in districts across Haryana, Delhi, and M.P. State. Its primary goal is to create awareness about the harmful effects of alcoholism and drinking. Volunteers from the society visit villages to educate the residents about the harmful consequences of smoking, drinking, and tobacco use. It utilizes posters and banners to deliver its message, highlighting the fact that thousands of people lose their lives each year due to the use of tobacco and similar substances.

The organization conducts Women Awareness Generation Programs with the aim of empowering women by raising awareness about their rights and Government policies for their betterment. In 2012, it organised camps focusing on various socio-economic aspects through Community Development Programmes. It also facilitated income-generating activities through Self Help Groups and provided Leadership Development training with the assistance of experienced resource persons from different voluntary social organisations. These initiatives were implemented in various project areas within Jhajjar District to encourage and involve women social workers at the grassroots level.

The organisation, focusing on health awareness, has initiated a unique programme aimed at raising awareness about health among citizens. It considers human resources as a fundamental asset for society. To fulfill this mission, it has deployed volunteers across various regions like Haryana, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan to assist individuals facing various health issues. Its efforts encompass organising awareness campaigns in different villages, targeting health concerns like kala-azar, Dengue, Malaria, and dysentery. These campaigns also incorporate free health checkups, including tests for Glaucoma and cataracts, as well as assessments for Sugar and Blood Pressure.

The organisation addresses the issue of illiteracy, particularly in rural areas, which hinders the development of the population. A substantial portion, around 37%, of the state's population still lacks basic literacy skills. Recognizing that literacy is fundamental for overall individual development, the organisation has initiated Adult Literacy Programmes across various districts, with a primary focus on Haryana, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan. These programmes aim to provide adults, both men and women, with basic education through night schools. The curriculum is designed to align with real-life activities and includes skill development, fostering entrepreneurial talents, particularly among women.
