Regarding the skill development scenario, KOVIDA (Sanskrit for "Skills"), a unique NYCS division established in 2015, has conducted technical training for the nation's economically disadvantaged youngsters. NYCS has carried out an employment/self-employment-focused training program for India's jobless youth as part of this project. The training program emphasises women's empowerment as well. The identified trades and employment roles follow NSDC rules and were chosen using the recommended sectors listed in the Skill Gap study. The top natural gas distributors in India, MNGL, MGL, and IGL, have all received CSR training from it. The curriculum included training for crane operators, backhoe loaders, gas plumbers, welders and fitters, ready-made clothing production, and fashion designers.

This is a project along with GAIL (India) Ltd. as a part of their CSR activity. NYCS is dedicated to giving the chosen athletes direction, instruction, training, mentoring, and other services of acknowledged quality so they can fulfil India's Olympic aspirations. It is our duty as promoters to support the development of athletic potential as a component of a broader dedication to sporting greatness. As mentors, our goal is to help athletes grow as individuals and leaders. As trainers, we will remain committed to achieving the best results by giving the athletes a welcoming, kind, organised, and productive environment. A distinctive PAN India talent scouting program, NYCS GAIL Raftaar Indian Speed Star aims to establish a significant milestone in Indian athletics history. enhancing athletics by providing a talent pool that will enable Indian athletics to flourish.
