Since
1992
VatsalyaGram, under the guidance of Param Shakti Peeth, is a pioneering social welfare initiative based in Vrindavan, established in 1992 to serve orp Read morehaned children and destitute women with love, dignity, and holistic care. Inspired by the vision of Swami Paramananda Giri and Didi Maa Sadhvi Ritambhara, the organization reimagines traditional institutional care by creating “Vatsalya Families,” where each child is nurtured in a home-like setting with a mother figure (Yashoda Maa), grandmother, aunts, and siblings. This emotionally secure environment replaces the impersonal nature of conventional orphanages, allowing individuals to grow with a sense of belonging and purpose. VatsalyaGram’s work extends across education, healthcare, livelihood, and spiritual well-being. Its CBSE-affiliated school, Samvid Gurukulam, blends modern academics with the values of the ancient Gurukul system, while its healthcare services include a well-equipped hospital, eye care facilities, naturopathy center, and wellness programs. To empower women, the organization provides vocational training and shelter homes that foster economic independence and personal growth. The campus also features temples, a museum, guest accommodations, sustainable infrastructure like a cowshed, and natural play areas that nurture cultural and spiritual development.

Kamdhenu Gau Grah*
Kamdhenu Gau Grah is a dedicated dairy project at VatsalyaGram that ensures a constant supply of uncontaminated cow’s milk for the nourishment of infants and children. Established in June 2004 with just two cows, the facility has grown to house 175 cows and calves, supported by modern dairy farming technologies. Recognizing the nutritional void caused by insufficient breast milk, the organization provides high-protein, calcium-rich cow’s milk to support bone development and cognitive growth. By operating its own gaushala, VatsalyaGram not only safeguards its children from adulterated dairy but also promotes cow welfare.
-
Martyrs Museum Program
Vatsalya Gram has established the Bhanupratap Shukla Smriti Shaheed Sangrahalaya, a dedicated Martyrs Museum designed to foster patriotism and awareness of India’s freedom struggle. The museum showcases “blood‑built” exhibits with detailed narratives of young and seasoned martyrs, features poignant portraits from the 1857 Rebellion and the wider independence movement, and traces Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose’s historic march . Scholars and visitors can access an extensive research library focused on freedom struggle topics. Through immersive displays and educational resources, Vatsalya Gram invites guests to honor the sacrifices of martyrs.

Nanhi Duniya – A Natural Playground for Children
Nanhi Duniya is an outdoor education and recreation space nestled within Vatsalya Gram, aimed at nurturing children’s growth through interaction with nature. Designed as a “children’s world,” it features natural landscaping—grassy hills, artificial streams, caves, and forested areas—where kids engage in play-based learning. This environment enhances physical fitness, reduces stress, fosters curiosity, and sharpens social and communication skills. Through hands-on activities outside the classroom, children learn to observe, think creatively, collaborate with peers, and build confidence—all while reconnecting with the wonders of the natural world.

Premvati Gupta Netra Chikitsalaya
Premvati Gupta Netra Chikitsalaya, initiated by Vatsalya Gram in 2005, brings free eye care to underprivileged communities in and around Vrindavan & Mathura districts. Under the leadership of Mumbai-based Dr. Shyam Agarwal, specialist ophthalmologists conduct regular eye‑camps every 1–3 months. These camps screen 1,000–1,500 individuals and perform approximately 300 surgeries—mainly for cataracts and glaucoma—at no cost. To date, over 20,000 beneficiaries have regained vision thanks to this program. By restoring sight, the initiative empowers individuals to participate fully in daily life and appreciate the world’s beauty.
