This programme includes its SMILE initiative and SMILE fellowship, wherein, the participating youth are placed with NGO’s working at the grassroots levels for a period of three to six weeks, to face the realities of life and adapt to situations.
Through Vyaktitva, Pravah arms the youth with methods to adapt and become learners, absorbing what life teaches them. SamjhoToh enables youth with different ideologies to come together and exchange their opinions through music and lyrics. The programme also offers self-development workshops, youth festivals and group exposures to enrich the experience further. This programme also includes an international flavour where students can involve themselves in local community organisations abroad and get exposure to how community work is conducted in other countries.

The programme allows participants to volunteer with corporates under the mentorship of their employees and also take part in customised professional leadership initiatives. Conflict management sessions guide youth toward managing conflicts.
Teacher training is imparted to in-service and pre-service teachers which encourages them to create positive environments in classrooms to inspire and foster trust. The programme also attempts to develop leadership through entrepreneur development camps.
