    Saajha’s tools ensure children are able to use curated and targeted learning solutions to improve educational outcomes. We have identified two key enablers for this - teaching at the right level and parental involvement in learning. Through calls with parents, the child’s Hindi and Math levels are assessed by our team members through a standardized evaluation tool. The result of the assessment along with the level-appropriate content is then shared with the parent via the Chatbot. Apart from level-specific content, the families can access information about schools and connect with our team members, who are also parents from similar communities through the helpline to address any concerns they may have Thus, fostering a human-to-human relationship that focuses on providing solutions that remain culturally relevant for the families.
