The Ekalavya Foundation focuses on natural resource management (NRM), ensuring sustainable stewardship of land, water, soil, flora, and fauna for the well-being of present and future generations. Integrating NRM into its activities leads to holistic and sustainable development outcomes. Projects like the Sustainable Development Project (SDP) and the Climate Proofing Project (CPP), sponsored by NABARD, have transformed the lives of tribal families by covering significant land areas. Additionally, initiatives like springshed management and farmland reclamation address specific challenges, such as optimizing water resources and reclaiming uncultivated land. Villagers also actively participate in monthly 'Shramadanam,' contributing to community problem-solving efforts.

The Ekalavya Foundation initiates Farmer’s Clubs (FC) to engage local farmers in collaborative efforts, providing regular training sessions to promote self-sufficiency and sustainable development. These clubs, established across various districts, convene monthly to discuss agricultural matters, participate in community work, and receive training on financial management. Through structured savings schemes, members break the cycle of indebtedness and foster financial independence. Additionally, Women’s Clubs (WC) encourage women's involvement in village development, collaborating closely with Farmer Clubs. The Gram Vikas Samiti (GVS), comprising volunteers, ensures the continuity of developmental projects post-implementation, playing a crucial role in project planning, execution, and monitoring. Moreover, the establishment of Farmer Producer Organizations (FPO/FPC) aims to enhance small farm productivity through technology and market connections, with one FPO currently operational.
