It runs a national-level program called "Mission Education" which was started in 2002. The Foundation's work on education focuses on pre-school (3-6 years), non-formal education for those that are not going to school (6-14 years ), Remedial Education for the school going students (6-14 years) and bridge course for the dropouts(14-18 years).
Under this programme, it has reached out to 2 lakhs+ children through 240 Mission Education Centres, several students have been mainstreamed in the formal schools and a larger percentage of beneficiaries are girls.

Smile Foundation actively works to provide relief during a disaster to children and families. It also helps them rebuild their lives and provides them support with education, healthcare and livelihood.
It has been part of disaster response during the tsunami, Kashmir Earthquake, Maharashtra floods, Bihar floods, Kerala Flood, Masoodpur Fire and Uttarakhand floods.
