Programs

  • Enabling jobs and livelihoods

We will continue to expand our courses that equip unemployed youth with the skills needed for careers in the formal sectors. This expansion will be achieved through our own centers as well as through our network of partner centers. We will maintain our focus on select sectors that consistently show strong demand for skilled professionals. In particular, the demand for skills in the IT and digital sectors has seen significant growth over the past year, and we expect this trend to continue.

  • Enhancing employability

At Tata STRIVE, our goal has always been to provide holistic training that prepares our students for a smooth transition into the workplace. To achieve this, our curriculum goes beyond domain-specific skills, incorporating essential soft skills such as grit, determination, a growth mindset, and effective communication. Additionally, we include transferable skills like financial literacy and critical reasoning. Together, these modules form our "Youth Development Programme," which is also offered as a standalone component in various programs. These modules are delivered through activity-based and experiential learning, ensuring they are both engaging and effective.
