Has been set up to bring the ANM (a nurse-midwife), the ASHA (community mobiliser) and the Anganwadi worker (nutrition overseer) together.

These three categories of workers work to serve the same set of beneficiaries, but are not in touch with each other’s activities and work as single units.

The AAA platform facilitates bringing these units of workers together to exchange experiences, plan activities and review each other’s work leading to a coordinated effort that is more efficient.

The frontline workers have to maintain various registers for record and monitoring purposes which may have repetitive fields leading to an extra burden for the grassroots workers.

The Foundation works with government agencies to make the service delivery registers and records easy to use. It carries out design changes such as eliminating repetitive columns, introducing a logical sequence and making them visually appealing leading to time savings, improvement of data quality and morale of health workers.
