    The project with integrated development approach aims to empower the Kandha tribal communities towards sustainable development and well-being. It will work in the following areas:
    Community Health: increasing the awareness level on primary health care and various communicable diseases and building health seeking behavior.
    Adult Education: to increase basic functionary skills and confidence in their daily transactions
    Economic Enhancement: Economic empowerment through formation of SHGs and increase their income
    Local Governance: To strengthen Village Development Committee function to access government schemes
    Agriculture Development: build capacities of farmers on new techniques and usage of high yielding seed varieties.
    The Project will benefit 1200 families of Kandha tribes and 300 families of Dom families.
    The Project will be implemented for a period 3 years. The total budget for the three years is Rs. 1.2 crores
