At Wishes & Blessings Foundation, its flagship 'Birthday Manao' project celebrates birthdays monthly for visually impaired, homeless, street, and HIV+ children, fostering self-esteem and belonging. It has marked over 300 birthdays since 2014. Additionally, it encourages donors to commemorate their special occasions by treating beneficiaries to tailored experiences, from outings to movies, meals, or shopping, amplifying joy and smiles. The organisation ensures festivals like Diwali, Id, Gurpurab, and Christmas are celebrated in its homes and shelters, bringing the spirit of festivity to those who rarely experience it.

Wishes & Blessings Foundation runs a 'Food for All' initiative, addressing hunger through two key programmes. Its 'Daily Meals Programme' provides 3 nutritious meals daily to 450 women and children across 7 shelter homes, totalling over 900,000 meals served in Delhi NCR. Additionally, its 'Host a Special Meal Programme' aims to diversify the meals, breaking monotony for beneficiaries. Donors can arrange unique meal events, from biryani dinners to pizza treats, engaging directly during these meals either in person or through online presence, enhancing the dining experience for those they support.

Wishes & Blessings Foundation facilitates 'Accessible Education' through various programmes. Its 'Sponsor a Childhood' initiative invites individuals to empower underprivileged children by granting them the fundamental right to education. The 'Sponsor a Teacher' project aims to bridge the gap in qualified educators at charity schools, shelters, and orphanages, offering quality learning opportunities while also creating employment for deserving teachers. Moreover, it ensures 'Unlimited Educational Supplies,' providing essential study materials and specialized aids for differently abled children, fostering brighter educational prospects. Additionally, its 'Journey to a New Class' initiative equips underprivileged schoolchildren with new books, uniforms, and essentials at each academic session, ensuring they feel confident, equal, and motivated in their educational journey.

The 'Mann Ka Tilak' initiative by the Wishes & Blessings Foundation creates a haven for elderly women without financial or social support, offering them a place of love, dignity, and respect within society. It's a pilot project towards establishing a chain of Old Age Homes, starting with 15 women. It ensures complete transparency and accountability, providing a safe, nurturing environment with free accommodation and essential amenities, and fostering a caring and healthy space for these women to live valued lives.

The Airtel Delhi Half Marathon (ADHM) stands as a prestigious global event held annually in Delhi, attracting elite athletes worldwide. This AIMS-certified race routes through Delhi's historic roads, commencing and concluding at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. It offers NGOs a significant fundraising platform in North India, allowing individuals and corporations to run and gather funds for their chosen charities. Wishes & Blessings Foundation has partnered with ADHM for five years, effectively raising funds to support its goals. The proceeds from the 2018 ADHM notably contributed to maintaining a high quality of life and establishing a men's wing in its Delhi-based old age home, 'Mann ka Tilak.' Its aim is to gather funds for sustaining and expanding 'Mann ka Tilak' and establishing a network of old-age homes.
