India Protector's Alliance Programme
The Collective Good Foundation (CGF) launched the India Protector's Alliance (IPA) in response to the pandemic-induced lockdown's severe social and economic consequences in India. IPA aimed to safeguard healthcare and sanitation workers while providing critical care to communities. This initiative impacted 5.3 million beneficiaries in underserved communities and vulnerable populations. In healthcare interventions, CGF provided protective gear, critical care equipment, training for healthcare workers, and community awareness programmes. Its COVID-19 vaccination efforts reached around 3.02 million citizens in high-risk areas. In sanitation interventions, CGF improved sanitation infrastructure, promoted safe hygiene, and provided support for sanitation workers, impacting over 1.88 lakh lives.

Revive Alliance Programme
The Collective Good Foundation (CGF) has introduced the REVIVE Alliance, a $20 million blended finance initiative and livelihood accelerator designed to aid informal workers and micro-entrepreneurs in their recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic and promote their sustained growth. In collaboration with corporations, foundations, and social organisations, REVIVE identifies eligible individuals within the informal sector who have been adversely affected by the pandemic and delivers comprehensive assistance to facilitate their recuperation, enhance their resilience, and invest in their long-term prosperity. This assistance encompasses philanthropic loans, financial and digital inclusion, access to social security, skill development, and connections to market opportunities. Since October 2020, REVIVE has positively impacted the lives of more than 173,000 individuals and is progressing toward its target of supporting 10 million workers and micro-entrepreneurs.

Dettol: Banega Swachh India Programme

The Collective Good Foundation (CGF) is actively engaged in the 'Dettol: Banega Swachh India' project, a collaboration with Reckitt India, the Government of India, and various State Governments. This initiative focuses on addressing hygiene-related behavioural trends through sustainable solutions. CGF has formed partnerships with numerous schools, managing two states, and securing continued support from Reckitt for the second year. The project introduces an e-curriculum, app-based MIS, and Government advocacy activities. It employs an immersive approach to hygiene education using modules developed by Reckitt, with trained teachers transmitting this knowledge to children aged 6-10, reaching over 100,000 children in 1,602 schools across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, strengthening community relations through hygiene education.

Swachh Maharashtra Grand Challenge Programme

The Collective Good Foundation (CGF), in collaboration with Samhita and Founding Fuel, and with the support of Government, business, and social sector leaders, is spearheading the Swachh Maharashtra Grand Challenge. This initiative aims to identify, test, and expand five groundbreaking sanitation projects in a selected district of Maharashtra. These winning innovations will span five critical aspects of sanitation, encompassing behaviour change, innovative financing, digital technology and analytics, operations and maintenance, and waste management. Additionally, the Grand Challenge is open to other themes such as livelihoods in sanitation, school sanitation, and water accessibility, ensuring a comprehensive approach to sanitation improvement.

Samhita GoodCSR Programme
Samhita GoodCSR, developed in partnership between Samhita Social Ventures and Collective Good Foundation, with support from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Tata Trusts, is an online technology solution designed to enhance the operational efficiency and impact of companies and foundations engaged in CSR initiatives. This comprehensive platform offers an end-to-end solution, enabling seamless CSR project implementation. For companies and foundations, it simplifies partner selection, provides access to impactful CSR projects and reliable partners through its CSR Marketplace and SmartRFPs, and facilitates project monitoring via the Project Management module. NGOs and Social Enterprises benefit from streamlined CSR activity management, with credibility assessment based on registration documents, financial records, affiliations, and sector recognition, ensuring robust partnerships.
