The Training of Trainers (TOT) program by I Create is designed to equip facilitators with the essential skills and knowledge to effectively deliver I Create's programs to beneficiaries. Spanning five full days, the intensive training covers instructional techniques, program methodologies, and practical strategies for engaging diverse audiences. Facilitators, who are critical in bridging the gap between I Create's intellectual property and the communities it serves, undergo hands-on training in facilitating sessions, managing group dynamics, and ensuring a positive learning environment. With batch sizes ranging from 20 to 30 participants, the program ensures personalized attention and thorough preparation.

The Refresher and On-the-Job Training Program is designed to keep facilitators updated with the latest content and teaching methodologies. The program includes periodic refresher courses conducted by the Academy, ensuring facilitators are well-versed in current trends and best practices. For new facilitators, the program provides hands-on, on-the-job training to help them master the I Create methodology. This comprehensive approach ensures facilitators remain effective, knowledgeable, and equipped to deliver high-quality learning experiences, fostering continuous improvement in their teaching skills and enhancing overall program outcomes.
