  • KMSPP Consortium Project with JSW Foundation support

    Build 150 model schools on a Consortium approach and ILP is playing the LEAD NGO role. Sikshana Foundation, QUEST, Yuva Unstoppable, Sambodhi, Udhyam Foundation are the other partners of the Consortium. Each of the partner will work on identified program components in the same set of schools to improve the schools in a comprehensive manner.

    The program will be implemented covering the entire state of Tamil Nadu. 250 schools in 38 districts and 1 to 3 lakh students will be covered on exposure to Electronics through a newly innovated Electronic kit by IITM for the next five years. GoTN and IITM have signed MoU with ILP.

Impact

ILP has its presence in 10 states. 5000+ AWC in improving Preschool education, 14000+ Government schools in improving Schooling, learning and earning focused areas. ILP is working directly through chapters and volunteer participation in Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad. ILP is also working through NGO partnerships in 7 states - there are about 25 NGO partners in ILP network. ILP has been in partnership with Government of Karnataka, SCERT, Kalyan Karnataka Regional Development Board, TN School Education Department, IITM and other prestigious organizations in having strategic alliances to enhance the outcome and improve the learning processes of children in Government schools.
