The Lighthouse International Academy, a Reaching Hand initiative, provides specialized education for 101 students, with plans to expand to 150, offering world-class learning opportunities. Following the NIOS syllabus, the academy aspires to provide free, high-quality education, adopting the IGCSE (Cambridge) syllabus in the future.

Situated on the outskirts of Bangalore, the facility engages in diverse activities, including education, counselling, recreational events, and extracurricular opportunities. The objective is to alleviate the suffering of abandoned children, offering them a caring environment to become productive and dignified members of society. New Home also emphasizes regular tuition, volunteer engagement, exposure visits, special coaching in sports and music, and adherence to UN standards in providing food and healthcare. The organisation strives to empower these vulnerable children, ensuring they have a chance for a better future.

    Reaching Hand, under its Disaster Response Programme, played a crucial role in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic and the floods in Coorg and Kerala. During the pandemic, it supported 260,228 underprivileged individuals, distributing 35,483 dry ration kits and conducting awareness camps and COVID testing in Bengaluru. In response to the floods, the organization provided immediate relief with disaster kits and later focused on rehabilitation. This involved cleanup and repairs, distributing starter kits, and rebuilding homes in various affected districts. In the second phase, Reaching Hand addressed sustainable livelihood by supporting families with cattle, promoting organic farming, and reconstructing houses. The organisation also contributed Rs. 20 lakhs to the Chief Minister's Disaster Relief Fund. Through these efforts, Reaching Hand demonstrated a commitment to disaster relief, providing not only immediate aid but also long-term support for affected communities.
