The Lighthouse International Academy, a Reaching Hand initiative, provides specialized education for 101 students, with plans to expand to 150, offering world-class learning opportunities. Following the NIOS syllabus, the academy aspires to provide free, high-quality education, adopting the IGCSE (Cambridge) syllabus in the future.

Reaching Hand, through its Shelter Programme, operates the New Home, addressing the challenges faced by India's 20 million registered orphans, the majority of whom are abandoned due to poverty and neglect. Recognizing the urgent need for intervention, New Home provides shelter, education, healthcare, and life skills to 41 girls in separate Junior and Senior homes. Situated on the outskirts of Bangalore, the facility engages in diverse activities, including education, counselling, recreational events, and extracurricular opportunities. The objective is to alleviate the suffering of abandoned children, offering them a caring environment to become productive and dignified members of society. New Home also emphasizes regular tuition, volunteer engagement, exposure visits, special coaching in sports and music, and adherence to UN standards in providing food and healthcare. The organisation strives to empower these vulnerable children, ensuring they have a chance for a better future.

Reaching Hand's Livelihood & Women Empowerment Programme, PRATISHTHA, operates a Skill Training and Placement Center for Underprivileged Youths, impacting over 7000 individuals, with 5000 successfully placed. The initiative addresses the distressing migration of youth to urban centres due to agricultural challenges in Karnataka. The training is outcome-focused, partnering with corporations to ensure direct job opportunities. PRATISHTHA also empowers marginalized women, benefiting over 1400, by establishing low-investment enterprises like tailoring, embroidery, candle making, chocolate making, and bag making. Recognizing women's crucial role in households, Reaching Hand strives to enhance their economic self-sufficiency and societal status, contributing to improved living conditions for families.

Reaching Hand's 'Girls Glory' WASH Program focuses on making Government schools in and around Bengaluru healthy and hygienic, with a particular emphasis on sanitation facilities for underprivileged adolescent girls. Aligned with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals, this initiative aims to provide awareness of Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) while addressing menstrual health issues. By building and renovating toilets, organising education sessions, and promoting safe WASH practices, the programme ensures that girls can attend school confidently and with dignity. With outcomes including improved knowledge of puberty and menstruation, reduced dropout rates, and enhanced awareness of cleanliness, 'Girls Glory' has positively impacted over 50,502 beneficiaries across various regions, contributing to the upliftment of underprivileged communities.

Reaching Hand, under its Disaster Response Programme, played a crucial role in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic and the floods in Coorg and Kerala. During the pandemic, it supported 260,228 underprivileged individuals, distributing 35,483 dry ration kits and conducting awareness camps and COVID testing in Bengaluru. In response to the floods, the organization provided immediate relief with disaster kits and later focused on rehabilitation. This involved cleanup and repairs, distributing starter kits, and rebuilding homes in various affected districts. In the second phase, Reaching Hand addressed sustainable livelihood by supporting families with cattle, promoting organic farming, and reconstructing houses. The organisation also contributed Rs. 20 lakhs to the Chief Minister's Disaster Relief Fund. Through these efforts, Reaching Hand demonstrated a commitment to disaster relief, providing not only immediate aid but also long-term support for affected communities.
