Santhosa Samsara Family Based Care (SS Family Based Care) was established by George Ebenezer and Manju George as an orphanage providing care for children from challenging backgrounds. Initially starting with three children in 2009, the orphanage has since grown to accommodate 10 children as of 2021. Recognizing the need for a family environment rather than an institution, George and Manju transitioned to provide a familial setting for the children.

The children have received affection, nurturing, and quality education, fostering their development into resilient teenagers aspiring to contribute positively to society. George and Manju's biological children also reside with them, fostering a familial bond with their adopted siblings.
