In 2015, the St. Camillus organ donation initiative called LifeBeats was launched. Building a database of willing donors to call upon in times of need is the goal. Although precise figures are unavailable, media accounts typically cite medical professionals who estimate that only 4,000 to 6,000 of the 2,00,000 individuals in India who require kidney transplants each year receive one. The goal of this national effort in India was to inform hospitals, patients, and communities about the need for kidney and other organ donations.

Snehatheeram's outreach initiative is called Nanma. It helps sick people at their places of employment and residence. In order to transport the ill to medical facilities, Nanma offers ambulance services. It also offers emotional support and counselling to ailing patients and their anxious relatives.
