Additionally, support is extended to corporate volunteers through activity-specific Orientation and Sensitization programmes, reinforcing the dedication to fostering an inclusive and informed community.

WinVinaya Academy
WinVinaya Academy (WVA), India's pioneering Digital Learning Academy for Persons with Disabilities, offers courses in Indian Sign Language and Simple English. Covering Java, SQL, English, Core Banking, MS Excel, and Soft Skills, WVA's cloud-based platform ensures learning flexibility anytime, anywhere. The experiential learning approach comprises Micro-Learning Videos (iLearn), numerous exercises for auto and expert evaluation (iPractice), and timed assessments (iAssess). Embracing a Blended Learning Model, candidates benefit from WinVinaya Academy and Expert Trainers' mentoring through daily calls, WhatsApp groups, and emails, fostering a comprehensive and accessible learning experience. Plans include expanding course offerings for a more inclusive educational landscape.
