Special Training Programme
Vision Aid trainers understand the unique needs of teaching individuals with vision impairment, emphasizing touch and hearing for knowledge acquisition. They follow principles like addressing students by name to ensure their awareness. Instead of relying on visuals, teachers provide tactile and auditory experiences to aid mental capture. For computer lessons, students physically explore the components, and touch typing is taught carefully. Differentiating homonyms is crucial as the visually impaired rely on hearing. O&M and hardware handling are taught to all students. Concepts are explained using tangible examples, making comparisons to clarify terms. Vision Aid's innovative methods ensure effective training for individuals with vision impairment.
