The AAI Foundation has dedicated itself to serving underprivileged children for the past 12 years through the Sahara Anathalaya Pariwar programme loca Read moreted in Georai, Beed District. Its mission is to ensure that every child is provided with a loving and nurturing family, while its vision encompasses several vital aspects. The Foundation endeavours to establish avenues such as building connections with adoption centres and foster homes, ensuring that every child is either adopted into a caring family or supported by families in need who possess love and strength. Additionally, it strives to empower single-parent families by extending social and economic support, enabling them to care for their children with affection and dedication. By educating families on gender equality, it aims to eliminate the practice of sending girl children to orphanages, promoting inclusivity and equal opportunities. Moreover, it focuses on supporting drought-affected farming families, assisting them in attaining independence and resilience. Its aim is to transform the children residing at Balgram into responsible citizens and compassionate individuals who contribute positively to society. Recognizing the significance of education, it attempts to create a nurturing environment for children to receive a holistic education, addressing their physical, emotional, and intellectual needs.
Programs
-
Yuvagram Programme
A newly initiated project in Aurangabad serves as a home for young adults aged 18 and above, transitioning from Sahara Anathalay Pariwar. The project's key objectives include facilitating higher education and vocational training, fostering self-sufficiency by aiding employment opportunities, mentoring them to overcome external challenges, and equipping them with essential life skills for an independent and dignified living.

Shramashram Programme

Additionally, the project aims to inspire the younger generation by promoting agriculture and implementing advanced techniques for optimal organic farming practices.
-
Sunderban Programme
The Sunderban project by AAI Foundation involves planting approximately 400 trees of diverse species along a 3-km road (Balgram-Govindwadi) and ensuring their year-round maintenance and care.
-
Balgram Programme
A desolate expanse of land, a 3-acre plot serves as a home for 107 children aged 3 to 18, who share meals, play, and commute together in a dedicated school bus to a nearby private school. Under the nurturing guidance of Founders Santosh and his wife Preeti, these children, brought together by chance, form a tightly-knit family, finding solace and affection within the walls of Balgram.
