It conducts six-month certificate courses in health assistant training and a four-month dental assistant training for young girls from underprivileged backgrounds. This programme works on multiple fronts, one of them being its fight against cancer, wherein, the organization enables donation of medicines, supports chemotherapy and surgery, financial aid for diagnosis and arranges for travel and accommodation for people coming for treatment.

With an aim of increasing notification of TB patients, seeking care in the private health sector and for ensuring successful treatment outcomes, Doctors For You is working as an interface agency between the State NTEP department and District Tuberculosis Centre (DTC) for the private health-care ecosystem in the 42 of the district(s) of the 4 states. It shall be taking care of all the patients from the private sector with notification, public health action, Nikshay Poshan Yojana (NPY), linkages of service and treatment support, and providing services like adherence management, free diagnostics support and services like counselling till the end of the treatment.
