The organisation chooses schools based on their academic performance and the socio-economic status of students. Subsequently, it selects students based on their performance in the 5th standard scholarship exam. It then implements a comprehensive development framework encompassing physical literacy, psychological strength, intellectual sharpness, entrepreneurial spirit, and life skills.

English has emerged as the global language of business. The Indian workforce, catering to global demands, needs to be proficient in English. Underprivileged students often lack English skills and need specific training in this regard.
The organisation adopts the British Council Library model, as employed by the Teach India program. The teachers are trained in this model, and the organisation maintains class sizes of 10-12 students, employing active learning pedagogies.

Career choices shape the trajectory of an individual's life, and comprehensive development is integral to achieving success. The counselling services utilize the PAAA (Prospects, Aspirations, Aptitude, and Attitude, Achievements) model and SACH (Strengths, Areas of development, Career prospects, and Hazards) analysis. This approach identifies career options and formulates a holistic action plan. The guidance aids in selecting the right options through the SRI (Select, Research, and Implement) process.

  • Physical Literacy Lab

The US Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) emphasizes that physical activity enhances cognitive skills (attention and concentration) and fosters positive attitudes and behaviours, leading to holistic performances. Regular physical activity promotes lifelong health. Recognizing the scarcity of sports equipment in many schools, the organisation contributes Table-Tennis rackets, balls, skipping ropes, and footballs. It encourages schools to incorporate these games into their weekly schedule.

  • Psychological Strength (GRAPES Lab)

Psychological strength leads to sound cognitive, emotional, and behavioural responses. The pressures of contemporary living have been adversely affecting this aspect, with many schools and parents failing to recognize, let alone address, this issue.
The organisation has created the GRAPES model, encompassing Gratitude, Resilience, Achievement orientation, Positivity, Emotional intelligence, and Sophophilic (Knowledge orientation). Additionally, it has designed a 30-hour interactive online package for 6th standard students, complemented by assignments over the following three years.

  • Mathematics Lab

Competency in Mathematics, particularly at the conceptual level, is essential for a successful STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) career. According to the Pratham ASER report 2022, 80% of Class 5 students cannot perform subtraction, and 62% of Class 8 students struggle with division.
To address this issue, the organisation:
    1. Identifies schools and emphasize the importance of the program.
    2. Teaches fundamental mathematical concepts through interactive and gaming modules, utilizing simple learning materials.
    3. Adopts a constructivist teaching style that encourages students to think and actively construct their own knowledge.

Numerous talented students, constrained by limited financial and social resources, often find themselves relegated to low-skilled jobs upon completing their schooling. Unlocking their potential can contribute to their individual success, benefit their families, and positively impact the nation's future. It is imperative to focus specifically on families facing distress.

    Approach -

    • Identify and shortlist candidates, evaluate their aptitude, visit their homes, conduct interviews with students and parents, finalize the selection, and onboard the chosen students.
    • Assign matrix-mentors and monitor progress through monthly thinking exercises.
    • For distressed students, place less emphasis on talent in the evaluation process and offer education that aligns with their capabilities.
    • Provide post-education assistance in their careers and family activities.
