    • Children, ranging from 6 to 18 years old, reside together in Bal Sadans, which function as familial homes within the village.
    • Each family unit is overseen by a Sadan Mother, and older children assume roles akin to siblings.
    • Household tasks and responsibilities are shared equitably among all children, instilling a sense of teamwork and cooperation.
    • Alongside formal education, ample opportunities for skill development are provided.
