  • Project Swadheen

    It offers Project Swadheen, providing vocational education in various skills to youth from urban and rural areas as part of secondary and higher secondary education. Over 20 foundational skills are taught, including food processing, healthcare, electrical wiring, gardening, landscaping, welding, and carpentry. In Grade 9/10, students explore diverse skills, while Grades 11 and 12 focus on specialization.

  • Project Catalyst

    Through Project Catalyst, it adopts an inside-out strategy to strengthen ties with state Governments, rendering technical and programme management support. This initiative involves qualified personnel, trained by the organisation, and placed within the State education department. These co-located members collaborate with Government officials to shape strategies, create funding proposals, and execute policy implementation at various administrative levels.   • Project Pathways

    Through Project Pathways, it initiates internships for Grade 11 and 12 students, immersing them in the "World of Work." These internships occur with nearby small and micro enterprises, spanning retail, auto workshops, restaurants, cafes, electrical repairs, financial services, bakeries, and primary health care centres. The internships, often exceeding 80 hours, introduce non-traditional roles to girls, such as elevator maintenance, CNC machine programming, and electrician work.

    The Karigar - School of Applied Learning is located in Pune, Maharashtra, the institution harnesses Lend A Hand India's extensive ten-year expertise to serve as a dynamic "Skills Hub."
