MTSM, dedicated to rural women's development in Maharashtra, has established 1250 Self Help Groups (SHGs) in rural areas. With 10 Skill Training Centres and involvement in various Government schemes, it operates across slum areas, rural villages, and cities. During the COVID-19 pandemic, MTSM focused on awareness campaigns, distributing sanitisers, masks, and essential food items in Pune, Mumbai, Ahmednagar, and Nashik districts. Despite limited resources and donations, the organisation continues its vital work during the 2021 lockdown, aiming to secure funds to support 10,000 families with essential items, including food, masks, and sanitisers, providing crucial assistance in these challenging times.

The Maharashtra Tantrik Shikshan Mandal, based in Ahmednagar, has initiated the Leaders Guidance Program at Savedi, aiming to empower students through the Maharashtra Public School & Junior College. The organization conducts Computer Skill Training and Hi-End Courses in rural training centres across various locations, including Ahmednagar, Rahuri, Deolali Pravara, Sangamner, Akole, Rajur, Shevgaon, Shrirampur, Shrigonda, Parner, Pathardi, Newasa, Gangapur, Loni(bk), and others. With a focus on providing education and skill development, MTSM has successfully trained over 5000 students, contributing to their growth and empowerment in these regions.
