YouthBuild Foundation, formerly known as MITCON Foundation, is a trust established in 1998 under The Societies Registration Act, 1860 (Reg. No. M-753/ Read more98). The foundation is committed to empowering society through diverse social initiatives, focusing on education, skill development, women empowerment, entrepreneurship, rural development, health, and environmental protection. With a rich legacy spanning 26 years, YouthBuild Foundation has consistently contributed to community upliftment and sustainable development across multiple sectors. The foundation has fostered impactful collaborations with prominent organizations, including TATA Motors, TATA Power Communities, ACG Care Foundation, Ishanya Foundation, Asian Paints, Huntsman Ltd, SIDBI, and the Development Commissioner (Handicrafts) under the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, among others.

Impact

It has made significant strides in environmental conservation by planting over 6,000 trees, creating a butterfly garden in Bavada with 3,000 plant and tree species to enhance biodiversity and promote tourism, and constructing a reservoir at Bhairav Bandhara in Bavada with a half TMC water capacity, ensuring a sustainable water supply and ecological balance.
