Career Guidance and Counseling: They provide counseling sessions for students in 10th and 12th grades across 5 schools, helping individuals make informed decisions about their career paths. Empowering Women: This initiative spans 21 villages in Pune District, forming 250 self-help groups (SHGs) and providing training to 3500 women. The program aims to empower women through skill development and promote gender equality. Agricultural Training and Development: Collaborating with local governance bodies, they provide training to small and marginalized farmers, promoting sustainable agriculture practices and improving livelihoods.

    School is an important social institution that contributes significantly in the socialization process. The school provides exposure to education and it prepares students to occupy social roles according to their capacities after school. In the overall socialization process of children, education/schooling plays a key role. Schooling also helps the all-round development of students including physical, mental and social. Through schooling, knowledge and skills are being imparted to the younger generation. Students also develop social leadership qualities and also adopt various values.

  • Pre-Vocational Skill Education Program

    Objective:

    From a detailed study and understanding of the NEP 2020 recommendations, it can be derived that the introduction of Pre-Vocational Skill Education is expected to make learning holistic, enjoyable and engaging. Furthermore, it is said that such an initiative will introduce the students to observation-based learning, hands-on learning, and to develop holistic, integrated understanding of the world around them. The initiative will also help the students make the real-world connections of classroom learning and real life.

    The Pre-Vocational Skill Education is expected to achieve the following objectives:
