Beyond documentation, the organisation conducts sensitization programmes to combat social discrimination, engaging students, corporate ventures, Government employees, and the public in workshops, discussions, and visual media initiatives. Over 2000 homeless citizens have benefited from obtaining at least one basic identification document since the movement's inception.

Evictions, often accompanied by violence, are a daily reality for the homeless, with property confiscation by authorities. The organisation supports individuals in such situations, engaging with authorities and providing basic legal advice. Addressing police harassment, particularly under vague laws like the Bombay (Prevention of) Beggary Act, 1959, the organisation advocates for the rights of homeless citizens, aiming to counteract societal insensitivity towards this vulnerable population.
